I have a new bucket list thanks to Only In Your State's list of 'hole in the wall' restaurants. I have a lot of work to do, I've only been to two places on the list!

J's Oyster

Don't think just because it's off the beaten path that it's not insanely popular. My favorite part of J's is that they have NO fryer. Everything is fresh and not fried!

Vientiane Market

A true 'hole in the wall' with some of the best Thai food around...plus, it's a market where you can buy stuff that you have no idea what it is.
