A New Food Cart in Portland, Maine Serves Sushi on the Street

Something is fishy around here... I think it might be Portland, Maine's food truck scene. A new cart hit the streets in July and people are already loving the sushi street food served up by Mr. Tuna.

Mr. Tuna is a mobile sushi car serving up made to order sushi burritos, hand rolls, and unique daily specials for those with a taste for raw fish.

If you're craving a freshly rolled sushi burrito, look for the stainless steel cart and the bright blue umbrella around Commercial Street and near the Custom House.

The sushi chefs prepare fresh ingredients to create their custom, made to order dishes. The Wicked Tuna Sushi Burrito is like a generously sized spicy crunchy tuna roll. It's loaded with yellowfin and albacore tuna, crispy onions, avocado, jalapeños, and more.

I can't wait to try Black Beard's Delight, with cucumber and pineapple complimenting the fresh spicy tuna tartare.
