For many years now, people from Lewiston/Auburn as well as surrounding areas have been traveling south to cool off during the summer months at places like Aquaboggan and Splashtown. This summer however, they will have a new option.

According to the Sun-Journal, Lost Valley Ski Area will transform their property into a brand new inflatable water park featuring 9 separate waterside attractions as well as a climbing wall and european bungee jumping. In addition to the attractions, Lost Valley will serve ice cream as an added treat.

The new inflatable water park is scheduled to open June 20th, with daily hours from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days per week. Lost Valley has deemed this new summer expansion as their "adventure park" as they look to expand into a four season resort. Lost Valley also plans on adding a series of music festivals this summer beginning in July.

Lost Valley took to their Facebook page to preview some of the upcoming attractions at their Adventure Park. Check out some of the photos here and visit Lost Valley's website for updated information on pricing for the summer events.
