An Ice Cream Truck…On Casco Bay!

Sea Snacks is the brain child of Ashley Rutherford from South Portland. She has converted her recreational lobster boat into an ice cream truck...on the water!

She started this past weekend (Memorial Day) and says that she loves Maine, loves tourists and especially loves making someone's Maine experience even better!

So, where can you find Ashley and Sea Snacks? She's out on weekends, holidays or where the demand takes her. She sells pretty much what an ice cream truck sells, and that includes the amazing Choco Taco! That's my favorite!

She doesn't want to interfere with boat traffic, but if you are in a kayak or waiting for a ferry - you may just have an ice cream boat pull up. There's only one, so say, 'Hi Ashley!'
