Picture this: you want to venture to a place that serves beer, or a brewery, but you're with someone who really doesn't like the "taste" of beer. "Do they have wine?" they ask, and you just shake your head. Buzzkill. But maybe, just maybe, things are about to change.

Baxter Brewing in Lewiston has launched a new kettle sour beer that may satisfy wine lovers ever. It's called Prost Secco. Baxter has decided to take some inspiration from one of the most popular wines out there, and transform the taste into a sour beer. It'll feature the flavors of Chardonnay grapes, pears and peaches, and may just be sparkling enough to draw wine lovers out to a brewery.

The competition is fierce in Maine but the results are some new and creative offerings like this. Cheers!
