Anyone who has or knows someone with developmental disabilities knows the world can be a never-ending barrage of challenges. It can also be filled with kind, caring support.

The Morrison Center in Portland is the latter, aiming to help people with developmental disabilities by empowering individuals to achieve maximum personal growth and independence.

On October 21st at noon, you too can help support the cause by signing up for a fun, high-paced workout at Orange Theory Fitness, in honor of Andrew, a beloved patient of Southern Maine Pediatric Dentistry, who passed away earlier this year.  Orange Theory is donating a workout to Southern Maine Pediatric Dentistry  to raise funds for the Morrison Center in Scarborough, a special place for Andrew and his family.

The class is a 1-hour, full body workout focused on training endurance, strength and power. Members of the Southern Maine Pediatric Dentistry along with friends, family and area dentists will be participating in a fun-filled and intense (H.I.I.T) workout.

Lucky for you, there are still spots open!

Leave your name in the comments section on the 'Support the Cause' facebook page and on October 10th a drawing will take place to fill the remaining slots in the class. Cheerleaders are encouraged to join in! There will be face painting, raffles for prizes, food, and good company.

Participants are required to donate at least $20, and everyone is encouraged to collect as many donations as possible! All proceeds will benefit the Morrison Center in memory and celebration of Andrew.
