Okay...who's 5 years old? That's me (Lori) taking a selfie with Mickey Mouse at 'Chef Mickey' a breakfast buffet where Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, Goofy and Pluto stop by and say....wait...hand gesture hi. They don't talk ya know. Let DAY TWO begin!

Today was all about the Magic Kingdom. It started with so much food I wanted a nap at 10am, but this is Disney and naps are for wimps! But guess what? You can be a wimp and still have fun. It's called Fast Pass. I have been to Disney a couple of times in my life as an adult. And yes, I have waited two hours for Space Mountain - just like every one else! But this fancy pants fast pass AND IT'S AMAZING! See ya suckers as you glide to the front of the line. I have no idea how it works, Jen set it all up! Our first Fast Pass was the 'Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin' ride. You get in this little car, with space guns and a spinner and go a shooting.  I ended up in a car alone (5 in our party - odd man out) and I had no idea Disney was taking pictures. Apparently I got a little serious about my space shooting. Look at the intensity on my face! HYSTERICAL! This picture cracks me up because I am so serious about shooting up the bad guys!

Alone in my little space car manning two guns. It was really fun!

Then as we are walking, we noticed that on Main Street, things were actually more crowded than usual because they were filming the season finale of 'The Middle'! Hey - I love that show! I snapped a quick picture of Eden Sher who plays Sue Heck on 'The Middle' (ABC Wednesday 830pm). I am sooooo watching that season finale!

The kids had no idea who or what was happening with the whole shooting thing, but I loved it. And speaking of the kids, they have been great! I was fully expecting way more meltdowns. But they've been really good and loving every minute of it! There was only once I had to threaten putting them in jail.

Did you know it was the 50th anniversary of 'It's a Small World'? Yup. Ya know, it was sweeter than I imagined, but definitely 50 years old as the theme is pretty much 'Can't we all just get along?' Quaint.

We met Merida from 'Brave' who couldn't have been nicer! We met the wicked sisters from 'Cinderella' who couldn't have been nicer. And everyone tells you to have a magical day! This place is amaaaaaaazing! And now, it's near 11pm - and tomorrow is an early day (there's EXTRA MAGIC hours) and I'm sure I'll be blogging about it around 11pm. More tomorrow for DAY THREE!
