Do You Decorate For Halloween? [VIDEO]

Even though my Mother isn't a fan of Halloween, she would let me decorate the house on two conditions. One, I had to clean it all up the next day or so. And two, I had to stay home and hand out candy to the kiddos who dared to get close to what was known as "The Scary House" in Cumberland.

Halloween decorations have come a long way in such a short amount of time, check out this house from last Halloween. These guys went all out complete with a ghost that flies over your head and across the street.

This house obviously won Halloween last year.
