I've decided to start to lose weight again. I lost twenty pounds a few years ago and got about fifteen of it back since then. Counting calories was the way I did it before, so that's what I'm going to try again with a little exercise when I can fit it in. 

Everyone knows that eating foods high in calories isn't good, but it's sometimes hard to grasp what types of foods have for calories. There are nutrition labels that will tell you, but seeing numbers versus seeing the actual portion of food is eye opening.

This video I stumbled across from ASAPScience is great! They show you just how much of some common foods contain 200 calories. It's fascinating to watch. I now know that I can eat celery like it's going out of style!
