Girls on the Run 5K June 4th is Open to Everyone

Be a part of a huge growing program that stretches from York to Ellworth - Girls on the Run is so much more than running...

Girls on the Run will have an un-timed, non-competitive GOTR 5K on Sunday, June 4th at Cumberland Fairgrounds. I will be there, as the Q is a proud sponsor of Girls on the Run. Chloe (my step daughter) was part of this program for years and the confidence it instilled is incredible! I will always be grateful and support this amazing organization.

You can run, or just come and watch the magic happen.

Does your school or community have a GOTR team? If not, you can start one! GOTR is an after-school life skills program that incorporates running and inspires girls to be joyful, healthy and confident. At GOTR, girls learn to embrace who they really are instead of becoming someone others think they should be. What a valuable lesson for all girls to learn...

Please join me in getting involved in a program that all girls should have access too! They always need volunteers and are looking for those who want to give of their time for the June 4th 5K!
