It's an app that makes it easy for teens to find local job opportunities that are right for them. The app provides teenagers with a way to find part-time job and internship opportunities in their relative area, as well as odd jobs and volunteer opportunities within their community.

This team was picked from more than 1,800 teams across the country in the nationwide contest for students to design mobile app concepts aimed at improving and solving for societal issues in their schools and communities. They get a $5,000 award from the Verizon Foundation for their school and tablets for each student team member.

Here's where you come in.

Now they are eligible to win one of eight Best In Nation Awards, and the Fan Favorite Award, done with voting, to earn an additional $15,000 for their school and the opportunity to work with MIT Media Lab experts to bring their app idea to life.

Text the code: OPPORTEEN to 22333.

I've looked at all the voting...they need our help. There are some big states competing against these guys, so help out a Maine school and these amazing kids!
