Help! I’m at a Crossroads With My Beloved TV – I Don’t Know What to Do…

I am about to make what feels like a scary, huge decision - but lately...I just feel like I have no choice.

I am so tired of paying 150 to 180 dollars a month for cable, telephone and internet with Time Warner Cable. I have heard so many people say they have switched to Roku or Apple TV and have given up cable and satellite dishes.

But I'm a creature of habit and I find routine comforting. I also hate change.

My last phone call to Time Warner Cable though was so frustrating, it was truly the tipping point. I think their customer service consists of keeping you on hold, transferring you a couple of times and ultimately hanging up on you. I am not exaggerating and this has seriously happened to me several times!

So...what do I do? Do I make the scary decision and give it up - or just pay and shut up?
