Help the Portland Police Catch This Bike Thief! Do You Recognize This Person? [PHOTO]

The Portland Police Department is seeking any information on the individual in the photo above.

According to the Bangor Daily News, PPD detectives are looking to identify this man who allegedly stole a bicycle near 939 Congress St. on May 15. The bicycle was a yellow Trek mountain bike. If you have information on this person, call 874-8533 and reference case number 16-3631.
