Here’s the Photo of Me With a Perm in Junior High [PHOTO]

I had a perm in Junior High that caused kids to call me a girl. I wish I could make this stuff up.

A few weeks back we were playing Two Truths and a Lie on The Q Morning Show where two of us posted a Facebook status update that was true and one posted a lie. Sadly mine was a truth.

Coincidentally we all posted about our hair without any collaboration. Weird.

Well I found my Junior High yearbook and realized it was 7th grade not 8th grade that my mom convinced me to get a perm for that 80's wavy look that she thought was all the rage.

The other kids didn't. You don't need me to tell you how mean junior high kids can be. I was called a girl all through 7th grade until the perm finally quit.

Now by popular demand, I present my 7th grade perm.
