Hops and Hounds: The Dock Dogs Competition Will Blow Your Mind

We can't wait to see you all on Saturday for Hops and Hounds at Raitt Homestead Farm in Eliot. We have so much going on that day but one of the coolest things is the Dock Dog competition with Seacoast Dock Dogs. We will have the pool filled up and you can watch these dogs literally fly!

According to their Facebook page, Seacoast Dock Dogs:

... is an affiliate of Dock Dogs National. We are the only club in the Maine/New Hampshire/Massachusetts area. We have a practice location in Berwick, Maine at the Berwick Bark Park! Here you will find a pool and dock set up just like a National Dock Dogs event. We have practices twice a month at the practice location as well as Fun Jumps (mock competitions), and offer private lessons.

Just how long do these dogs jump? Well, the world record currently belongs to a Lab named Storie, who jumped 30 feet 7 inches.
