So many movies and only one must see. Some serious disappointments in theaters this weekend according to Movie Mom

So, let's start with the good news: 'The Big Short'

Movie Mom loved this movie! The cast is insane: Brad Pitt, Steve Carell, Christian Bale, Ryan Gosling and Marisa Tomei! It's a comedy based on the financial meltdown when the housing bubble burst. I know, funny stuff. Movie Mom says it's a must see and you'll love it and be super frustrated!

Then the bad news. The disappointments starting with 'Joy' starring Jennifer Lawrence, Robert De Niro and Bradley Cooper. It's based on a true story of Jennifer's character inventing a mop that was a huge hit on QVC. Movie Mom says that it was all over the place, super uneven and just okay.

More bad news: 'Concussion'. She felt it was more like a TV movie and didn't have any bite to it. She was again disappointed and said wait for it to come out on video.

Then the new Quentin Tarantino movie, 'The Hateful Eight'. She says that even by Tarantino standards, this thing is bloody. She says that very essential body parts that you don't want blown off, are blown off. She was not a fan.

She said go see 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens'. And if you've already seen it, see it again.
