Lori and I can't stand using the trackpads on our computer. Call us old school, but there's something about the precision of a mouse that is just more comfortable for us. We've been using them since '93. Today I showed Lori a feature on her mouse that she never knew was there and it blew her mind.

Mouse design has changed over the years. Most are now wireless, either through Bluetooth or an RF signal sent to USB dongle that plugs into your computer. It's very convenient until you misplace your dongle like I did last week when I had to unplug it to plug something else in.

So I asked to borrow a spare mouse that Lori had. Today I returned it to her and she asked where the dongle was. I said "It's in there," and she looked at me like I had two heads.

"In where?" she asked. So I showed her.

So now she knows where to store her mouse dongle so she doesn't loose it and I should have put mine in the compartment so I didn't need to borrow hers in the first place.

By the way, what's the point of a camouflage mouse?
