I Want to Play Pinball With Ed Robertson of Barenaked Ladies in June [VIDEO]

In case you hadn't heard, Barenaked Ladies are playing the Maine State Pier on June 24. Did you know that Ed Robertson is a huge pinball fan? 

Hey, so am I! Now I'm on a mission to see if Ed will play some pinball with me before his show in June. He's probably a lot better than I am, since he has a basement full of pinball machines. The video for BNL's song Silverball was shot among his collection and it features lots of musical pinball references. Some are obvious and others you'd only catch if you know something about some of the individual games. For example, 'I destroyed the ring, on the attack again,' references two pinballs, Lord of the Rings and Attack From Mars.

I think Ed might be up for playing. After all, he made a stop at Modern Pinball, a pinball arcade in New York City when he was in town.

So my challenge is out Ed. Meet me and my other pinball friends at Arcadia National Bar before your show on June 24 and we'll play some pinball. You pick the game, I'll buy the drinks. I have a gift certificate. No really I do.
