If You’ve Ever Wanted To Be A Chocolatier For A Day Here’s Your Chance

We all love chocolate, but have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own chocolate creations?

Kate Shaffer, founder of Black Dinah Chocolatiers is giving away a chance to be “Chocolatier for a Day” at her Westbrook shop.

Beginning September 4th keep an eye on their Facebook Page for the launch of the contest which runs through the 17th. The winner will be announced on the 20th and will  to work with Kate and the crew. You'll receive hands on training and instructions on how to create your own truffles, learn how to make ganache, cook caramel, and more techniques. And, of course, you'll be able to take some of it home with you along with a copy of Kate's cookbook  “Desserted” and a chef's cap and apron from Black Dinah.
