It’s My First Day on the Q!

Hey there! I’m Hannah Harleen, and I’m extremely excited to be a new voice on the Q!

I’ve been on the radio since college starting at WMEB at UMaine Orono, and then at WMPG here in Portland. Having grown up listening to Q97.9, I couldn’t be more thrilled to be a part of the on-air team!

I’m a West Coast transplant, having spent half my life in the San Francisco Bay Area and the other half in Portland, Maine. I like to say I left my heart in San Francisco, but Portland, Maine has it now.

Making my debut at age 5 as a munchkin in the Wizard of Oz, I caught the performing bug early, and I’ve been active in theatre, vocal jazz, dance, television, and radio ever since. In the last year, I’ve taken to social media to channel some of my creative and theatrical energies into YouTube and Vine videos. I love to entertain.

You may have heard me sing the National Anthem for the Portland Pirates, The Boston Red Sox, the Boston Bruins, or even on WCYY for Markathon!
