If you live in Biddeford or you're willing to plan a road trip for a pizza and croissant hybrid, read on.

According to Eater, the Big Tree Hospitality group who runs Eventide, Hugo's, and The Honey Paw is making their biggest new debut inside Elements: Books, Coffee, Beer at 265 Main St. every weekend and along the Saco River Famers Market on Saturdays.

Little Spruce Baking Co. is their name and croissants are their game. They've taken our favorite buttery french invention and inserted sweet and savory twists on it. Most notably, they've got a pizza version made with tomato jam, ricotta, and pepperoni. There's also a Moonstruck version with egg, mushroom, and mustard greens; a peanut butter and jelly, and more!
