Justin Bieber Arrested For DUI And Drag Racing – UPDATED

Justin Beiber was arrested this morning for DUI and drag racing in Miami Beach. According to TMZ, the Beibs was stopped for drag racing and that's when police thought he might have been drinking. He's in custody and is being tested for his blood alcohol content and then he will be off to jail.

UPDATE: Police now say they believe Justin was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol. He was given a field sobriety test and failed. He was driving on an expired license and if that weren't enough - he also resisted arrest.
