Following the recent warmer temperatures and heavy rain, the Kennebec River breached its banks on Saturday, pushing ice and water into the parking lots.  In some cases, leaving cars submerged.  The floods are mostly in Augusta & Hallowell.  However, there are other parts of Central Maine dealing with other flooding, as well.
