It may only be January but smart people think ahead, sometimes 5 or 6 months ahead. That's exactly what the people at Luke's Lobster are doing.

The brand new seafood restaurant, which plans on opening this summer, has already put the feelers out for a long list of needed employees when they open later this year.

The restaurant at 60 Portland Pier will offer 360 degree views of the lobster industry, the over 170 seat space will feature an expanded menu and a full bar, located right at the end of the pier. Luke's Lobster is a chain that started in 2009 in New York. Now with locations from Maine to Miami, and from Las Vegas to Japan.

Luke's is already looking for a qualified General Manager to help open and operate our Portland location for the year round eatery.

Other positions available include a kitchen manager, an assistant kitchen manager, an  events manager, cooks, of course, bartenders, servers, and more.
