I think I may have invented the most amazing breakfast sandwich...

I'm not a huge fan of pancakes. I crave a blueberry pancake every once in a while...but that's about it.

But Jen has been making pancakes on that fancy grill bbq thing we bought. She makes them in tons of Houlton butter. And they get crispy and are amazing.

So, I had her make me too well done pancakes and stuck bacon in the middle for the new:

BACON PANCAKE BREAKFAST SANDWICH

I'm still working on the name.

I did NOT put syrup on it...but it would have been really good. I did NOT put an egg on it, but it would have been really good.
