How many times have you been somewhere and it pops up, a headache? It's hard to focus on daily life with a throbbing brain. I learned this fix from a chiropractor friend. It's a form of acupuncture and I swear it works. Take your pointer finger and thumb and press here. Keep the pressure on for approximately thirty seconds or until your head starts to clear.
