BREAKING: Maine Boy Dies After Dog Attack

A 7-year-old boy from Corrina has died after being apparently attacked by a dog Saturday afternoon (June 4).

According to a report in the Bangor Daily News, the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident, and the name of the boy has not been released, and details of the attack have not been made public.

According to the BDN story, the incident happened around 5:15PM, and deputies said when they arrived at the scene, the boy had already died.

According to deputies, there were no other injuries in the attack, and an investigation is underway.
