Mahesh Pailoor grew up in Saco and has been making films since he was 10. He now lives in Los Angeles but is coming back to Maine to debut his award winning independent film, 'Brahmin Bulls'.

Mahesh made films at Thorton Academy then went on to film school at NYU. He then got his Masters of Fine Arts at the American Film Institute in Los Angeles where he currently lives...

But he still considers Maine home and loves this state and loves making films here. His film will be debuting Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the Portland Museum of Art.

The movie has won several independent film awards and is about a father and son reconnecting. It stars Sendhil Ramamurthy ('Covert Affairs'), Roshan Seth ('Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom') and Oscar winner Mary Steenburgen.

If you know Mahesh, please make sure to stop by to see him and his film at the Portland Museum of Art this weekend.
