Maine State Trooper Saves Man Life In Portland [VIDEO]

What started as a normal traffic stop for Trooper Doug Cropper ended up being a life or death situation for the driver.

After Trooper Cropper went back to issue the ticket, he noticed the man was turning blue, and unresponsive. Cropper quickly pulled the man from his car and started CPR.  Seconds later, an emergency room nurse stepped in to help. After they revived the man, they realized he was suffering from a heroin overdose. Trooper Cropper administered an antidote. This video is scary when you realize how close to death the man was.
