Man Steals Father’s Car And Crashes on Congress Street in Portland

A man stole his father's car after assaulting him and ended up crashing into three other vehicles after speeding down Congress Street in Portland Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Portland Press Herald, police have not released the name of the driver or the four people that were send to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver was also sent to Maine Med to be treated and will of course face criminal charges.

These photos and video of the crash by Tom Couture of Portland were taken shortly after the accident that happened right outside his building and show just how extensive the damage was.
