Man Takes Dying Dog on ‘Bucket List’ Road Trip [VIDEO]

When Thomas Rodriguez found out that his 15-year-old yellow lab, Poh, was dying, he took him on a cross-country road trip to celebrate Poh's life. It's one of the most loving things I've ever seen.

Thomas and his fiancé, Yuko Ogino, went to 35 different cities racking up 12,000 miles. He said that he always wanted Poh to swim in the Pacific Ocean.

The couple started an Instagram account to document Poh's journey called 'Poh the Dogs Big Adventure'.  Poh went to Graceland, D.C, and he did get to dip his paws in the Pacific Ocean.

I fell in love with Poh. And I fell in love with his 'people' Thomas and Yuko. I am now following Poh and wishing him many more adventures as his life comes to a peaceful and loving end...
