Meet the Q Bachelor & Apply for a Date Catered by David’s Restaurant

Love is in the air! At least, love is on-air with The Q Morning Show and the Q Bachelor, John S.

Ladies, we're excited to introduce you to John. He's a local 26-year old entrepreneur looking for love (or at least a dinner date!) this Valentine's Day. The Q Morning Show wants to give a local bachelorette a romantic and delicious dinner with John courtesy of David's Restaurant on Friday, February 12th. David is providing a classy meal complete with filet mignon, champagne, and dessert served right here in our Q studios turned fine-dining restaurant. The Q Morning Show will be there to get the conversation going and make sure no one feels too awkward...But that's the fun of first dates, right?

The Q Morning Show will select 3 finalists to be interviewed by John on-air the week of February 8th. John will have the final pick and we'll all meet for the first date on Friday, February 12th at 6 p.m.

Don't worry, we didn't just find this guy on the street. John is a friend of Kylie's and they were roommates for several years in college, so he checks out. But we'll let him introduce himself.

Hi, I'm John...

I enjoy meeting unique people. My goal is to have a nice dinner with a nice girl on Valentine's Day. I can always find common values with new people. If you think this would be fun then I'd love to meet you.

What do you do for work?

I am a self employed painting contractor. I own Seacoast Paint Professionals, LLC.

What are you most passionate about?

I am passionate about growing my business. I enjoy creating and maintaining relationships with my customers, employees, and partners. It is my way of making the world a better place.

A memory you're most proud of...

Some of my past employees have said that they valued their experience with me and that I helped them get a better job.

A memory that still makes you laugh...

We were watching the Grammy Awards one year at the Middle Street Mansion and Kylie lost it when Justin Timberlake performed his new song.*

*Side Note from Kylie: We called our less-than-stellar college rental the Middle Street Mansion and also, can you blame me on the Justin Timberlake thing?

What qualities do you seek in a woman?

I would like to meet someone who has interests, values critical thinking, is near my age and who is not afraid to work on a relationship.

What's one thing the bachelorettes should know about you?

If you're so great, why are you single?

I've been working with older people and my hobbies have been male oriented lately. It is hard to meet people!
