Dan Brown's highly successful series that started with the 'Da Vinci Code', is now at 'Inferno' - but Movie Mom not only didn't like it...she hated it.

It is Halloween weekend, and there is really only one major release,'Inferno' with Tom Hanks. She did have at least one nice thing to say...he got rid of the mullet!

But the thing that makes these movies sort of watchable is the historical puzzle that is put together to solve the problem. In this movie, they just have a lot of stupid chases...

On DVD, there is a movie that Movie Mom enjoyed, but reluctantly recommended as it's about a black man in a subservient role that changes the lives of a white family. However, it's based on a true story, called 'Mr. Church'.

"Mr. Church" tells the story of a unique friendship that develops when a little girl and her dying mother retain the services of a talented cook - Henry Joseph Church. What begins as a six month arrangement instead spans into fifteen years and creates a family bond that lasts forever.

Beyond that, there's nothing happening this week. Next week Movie Mom says there are four huge movies opening.
