When I first adopted my dogs Eloise and Lou Lou, I worked from home full-time. My dogs had plenty of attention, supervision, and well-scheduled walks everyday as I lined them up with my breaks from work. Now that I'm on the Q Morning Show, not only do I have normal hours out of the house everyday, but I also work events on nights and weekends. My dogs have adapted well to more time alone on their beds but I had a severe case of Dog Mom Guilt leaving them at home every day.

A friend of mine and my groomer recommended Roscoe's Bed + Bark for doggy day care and boarding. Joining their pack was the best decision I've made with my dogs.

I started the process by applying online and gathering their vet records. After both my girls passed the initial health screenings, I went in for an evaluation with Ashley. The evaluation included a Q&A about Eloise and Lou Lou's habits and manners. Then I got a quick tour of the indoor space and handed over the leashes to Ashley so they could join their first play group. The first day at daycare and the evaluation was free, which made the day even better.

When I picked them up 5 hours later, they were excited to see me, but once in my car they laid right down on the back seat and slept the whole way home.

This morning I opened their report card and when I saw the review of their demeanor, the summary of their adventures, and the album of photos from their first day, I started to cry. Happy tears. I am so, so relieved that when I have to leave my girls they have a safe, fun place to be. Having two dogs has been a challenge to my patience, my sleep, and my budget, but Roscoe's Bed + Bark will help take the stress off my shoulders when I need to leave for the day or night.

From their report card:

As soon as they entered group, the pups welcomed them with open paws and some welcome woofs! Then it was time to play! The dogs spent the morning warming up in their playgroups before heading out to the backyard to get some exercise. Eloise enjoyed catching all the new scents in the yard with her new friends, while Lou Lou exploring the yard with all her new friends! After playing in the sun, there’s nothing the two of them wanted more than a nice nap on the cold floor.

Thank you Roscoe's Bed + Bark! We'll see you again soon!

Can you spot Lou Lou in this photo? This photo sums up their personalities perfectly! Eloise is the social butterfly and Lou prefers a quiet spot in the shade away from everyone else.
