Surprisingly the list is pretty tasty.

NBC News asked the experts what is the healthiest candy to eat for Halloween and the resulting list is pretty good.

#1  Gummi Worms are the "go to" at the top of the list.

#2  Individually wrapped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.  The mini's though, not the full size ones.

#3  Charm's Blow Pops are good to eat because they take a long time to finish and only have 70 calories

Those are the highest rated candies to eat for Halloween.

The next group is bad, bad, bad so enjoy!

Stay away from:

Snickers Miniatures  (I LOVE them from the freezer)  because you can eat a ton of them in one sitting,

Twix mini's for the same reason.  They lull you into thinking you're not eating a lot of them.

Kit Kat Minis.  Guess why?

So, when you're kids in Maine or New Hampshire come back from trick or treating, you can use either list to confiscate the goods.
