I was driving with my kids in the car when my son Everett said he wanted his "banilla bar" for a snack. He meant to say granola bar! He's five and it was so cute that I didn't want to correct him. It prompted me to to ask on our Facebook page; "what are some funny things your kids say wrong that you don't correct because it's just too cute?"

I asked for you to post something your kids say wrong that is too cute to correct. Here are some of your adorable and hilarious responses"

  •  Both of mine 5 and 7, call their foreheads, their "fourth heads"
  • My niece couldn't differentiate between an alligator and crocodile and they confused her. So she ended up calling them all "crocagators"
  • My son (about 10 at the time) also said I should not wear a certain dress because it showed too much foliage, meaning cleavage. We still joke about tours and peak foliage season to this day.
  • Lellow for yellow
  • My daughter used to call the heels of her feet her wheels...
  • My 6 year old daughter says hanitizer instead of sanitizer. .
  • At the age of 2 my son told his daycare provider that one of the other boys was "urinating" him. He meant "irritating".
  • My youngest used to say "fuffins" for muffins and it was typically the first words out of his mouth most mornings. I thought it was the cutest thing!
  • My daughter used to say Santa Closet instead of Santa Claus....too cute!
  • Hopticopter
  •  Zucchini instead of bikini
