Pick Your Own Strawberries Season is Almost Here

Nothing says summer like fresh Maine grown strawberries. Even better is when you get to pick them yourself.

Starting June 21 and running through mid July, you can pick your own strawberries at the Pineland Farms produce division at Gillespee Farms in New Gloucester. 

There is a method to picking strawberries though and luckily it's the age of YouTube so you can learn before you go.

The pick-your-own strawberry season starts on June 21 at 752 Mayall Rd in New Gloucester from 7am to 1pm. There is likely a local farm near you that has pick-your-own as well. Go get the family together and enjoy the nice weather picking strawberries while you can.
