Portland’s Mayor Ethan Strimling to Shave Head Friday

Bye-bye gorgeous mane of man hair. Sure he lost a bet, but he's also doing it for a good cause!

You see, Ethan Strimling, Portland's mayor, has to shave his head because the Patriots lost the Super Bowl. He bet the mayor of Portland, Pennsylvania, Lance Prator. Mayor Prator will be in our Portland for the big event which will be at 2:15 p.m. at Presumpscot Elementary School.

And if you donate over 100 bucks...well, you get to help cut his hair!

All the money raised will go to the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital. Rings a bell. Back in the day (1998 I think) I shaved my head for the same great cause...I wish him all the best. Plus, he'll look just fine. Thank God I did mine 20 years ago - I looked like Sinead O'Conner. There are worse fates. I wonder who Ethan will look like?
