Q Court: ‘Jane’ is Hiding Money from Her Husband. Is That Wrong? [POLL]

'Jane' told her girlfriend that she hides money from her husband. The girlfriend thought it was all sorts of wrong, but 'Jane' thinks a lot of people do that! 

So 'Jane' pretty casually mentioned to her girlfriend that she hides money from her husband. Ya know, a 'just in case' fund. Well...her girlfriend was horrified, but 'Jane' doesn't think there is anything wrong with it.

Here's Jane's letter:

Hi Q Court. So, I've been married for 9 years. I should say happily married for 9 years. But I do tuck away money. It's my money from my job and I hide it...well, just for me or an emergency or for whatever. I told my girlfriend this and she thought it was a sign of a troubled marriage.

I assured her it wasn't. And I don't think it's all that weird or unusual either! But she thought it was wrong - I think it's okay and in fact, I encourage all women to do it. And hell, if my husband is hiding money on me...so be it. It's his money.

And yes, we have OUR money too. I just want a little on teh side.

So...to prove my girlfriend wrong I told her I was gonna let the Q Court decide. She then cracked me up and said what the hell is Q Court! Thanks for the help. 'Jane'
