Whitesboro in upstate New York has a racist town logo that has survived decades, but it couldn't survive 'The Daily Show' ridicule.

The logo has survived debates for years, but the day after it was made fun of on 'The Daily Show' it's getting changed. And really, it should be changed. Their logo shows a white man throttling an Indian.

When you watch the segment, really...did the Mayor have any other choice? Mayor Patrick O’Connor said this seal that has been around since the 70's and shows a historic wrestling match between village founder Hugh White and an Oneida Indian. It's suppose to show how they all got along. But it looks like a 4-year old drew it, and that a white guy is choking an Indian.

The Mayor said the new logo with be more modern and 'culturally appropriate'.

I would hope so.
