Saco Greek Festival This Weekend

Did you miss the Portland Greek Festival? Worry not and head to Saco's starting Friday through Sunday. 

I have been to both the Portland Greek Festival and the Saco Greek Festival. Both are amazing - and the Saco one (don't tell Portland) has more food!

Saco's festival will run Friday 7/17 and Satuday 7/20 from 11 AM - 9 PM and Sunday,  7/21 from 11 AM - 4 PM. There will be a Greek grocery store, a kids area, religious items, bookstore, church tours (do this, it's gorgeous!) and....

There will also be live music on Saturday night from 5-9pm by the Ta Pethia Greek Band. Hope you come and bring a big ol' appetite...they got ya covered. It's free to go with satellite parking and a shuttle bus. I recommend it, because it's pretty popular and gets a little crowded to park. Go to the Saco Parks and Recreation Center and Shaw's Plaza - look for parking signs.

Bring an appetite, as the food is amazing. We're talking realllllly good!
