See How Jennifer Lawrence + Ellen DeGeneres Plotted to Break the Internet at Oscars [VIDEO]

Ellen DeGeneres offered a look at both her prep work and behind-the-scene footage as host of the Oscars. At the end of this nearly seven-minute clip, we see how she and Jennifer Lawrence plotted to break the Internet!

In the writing room, Ellen first reveals her idea about breaking the record of the most retweeted picture with the now-famous selfie. So the seed was planted there.

Fast-forward a bit and she is backstage, telling J. Law the selfie “broke” Twitter.

“One of us should have flashed a boob – we would have shut down the Internet!” J. Law mused. The lightbulb went off and Ellen said, “We have time,” as America’s girl crush pretended to offer a flash.

Oh, girls! (Literally!)
