Some sad news was announced this morning. One of the most famous and beloved child actors of all time, Shirley Temple, has died of natural causes at the age of 85.

She starred in four block buster films in the the 1930's and was known for years as the little curly haired girl who sang "The Good Ship Lollipop" from her 1934 movie 'Bright Eyes.'

Later in life she became a foreign diplomat for nearly 30 years.

She was surrounded by family and friends when she passed. Funeral arrangement are still pending.
