This is Nicholas and he's a massive fan of Andrew McMahon and all of his music endeavors. There was Something Corporate (1998–2006), Jack's Mannequin (2004–12), and now Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness.

When Nicholas was in high school, he dedicated his entire senior research project to learning to sing and play different instruments so he could perform one of Andrew's songs on stage for an audience. Andrew McMahon's music helped Nicholas through personal struggles and became an important part of his life.

When Nicholas turned 18 (the legal tattoo age) he wasted no time getting inked to honor the man who gave him his favorite music and provided the soundtrack to his life. He has three tattoos relating to Andrew McMahon.

At Old Port Fest 2015, Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness was one of the featured performers on the Dunkin' Donuts Super Stage. Of course, Nicholas was there and he had a chance to meet Andrew and show him his tattoos.

It was a special moment for the longtime fan. Nicholas thanked Andrew for everything he had done and the music he wrote that left a lasting positive impact on his life.

Jack's Mannequin is reuniting for a limited city tour to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Everything in Transit, the very album that Nicholas has tattooed on his forearm. The show is sold out, but Nicholas is hopeful that he'll get to see the show and listen to his favorite musician play his favorite songs one more time.
