Some time between Thursday night and Friday morning, vandals came to Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Etna, Maine and dug up a family plot. They even reached one of the cement vault boxes surrounding a casket. You could see where they tried to pry it open!

Police called Angie Godin...it was her family's grave. She was shocked. The Penobscot County Chief Deputy said he's never seen anything like this in his 20 years.

The plot that was dug up had space for four graves. Three of Angie Godin’s family members were buried there: her father, who died in 1994; her sister, who died in 2003; and her mother, who died in 2007.

As you can imagine, she is beyond upset. She believes they were after jewelry. Her sister's vault was the one with pry marks. Her sister was buried with no jewelry on.

Angie's son Jason is also very upset, and has started a GoFundMe page to try and fix the plot by Memorial Day.
