Civil War Veterans March Down Congress Street Circa 1929

From the Facebook page Portland Maine History 1786 To Present come a short 8mm film clip of Civil War Veterans marching down Congress Street during a parade, "probably part of the National Encampment of the Grand Army of the Republic."

The parade was held at 10am on Wednesday, September 11.
