Scientists have discovered that the "milk" a cockroach feeds it's offspring is full of highly nutritious protein crystals. Now this doesn't mean to start a cockroach farm and milk the little critters. In fact there's only one species of cockroach that gives birth to live babies instead of hatching eggs. And researchers have discovered that their "milk" has all of the essential amino acids and the protein crystal and is estimated to contain three times the amount of energy found in dairy milk.
