This is A New One – Who Thought This Was a Good Idea?

I have seen many things on top of a car - but this...well, this is a first.

I'm not even sure how it was secured or what. But as a homemade Thule, it's a little useless. No protection of weather...just a place to hold stuff. But a bin would have done that too and those have lids! This is off the Franklin Street exit in Portland.

It seems like a lot of work to get this shopping cart on top of a car! Mmmmm....I gotta give points for clever and then take the all away for impracticality!
