This Senior Dog in Maine Just Wants a Place to Call Home

Can you give Emma a loving home to spend her golden years? She's a 13-year old hound mix in Westbrook who was surrendered when her long time human best friend became too old to live alone and needed to move into a special care home. Emma is loving and obedient and fully house trained. According to her listing on Petfinder.com, "I don't have much experience with kids, but would love another quiet and mature adult or family to protect and keep the couch warm."

Senior dogs are often passed over at the shelter in favor of younger puppies.
