Thornton Pitcher Wins Top Award

Bailey Tremblay has capped off her high school softball career by winning the top individual award on Thursday night when she was presented with the Miss Softball award.The Thornton Academy pitcher posted a 14-2 record this season to go along with a 2.09 ERA and 130 strikeouts.

At the plate her numbers were equally impressive with a .547 average with 4 homeruns and 24 runs batted in.

Tremblay will attend the University of New England next season.
